Aifloo, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company working on an e-health systems solution based on medical artificial intelligence, announced raising an A-series investment round totalling €5.1 million ($6M).

The money comes from EQT Ventures and will be used to advance the company's AI technology that enables elderly members of society to live more independently.

Aifloo, founded in 2015 by Felix Etzler, Michael Collaros and Anders Widgren, is working on a software solution that continually learns an individual’s behaviour and is optimised to their needs and conditions, this to provide people with the support they need.

Aifloo was part of STING in 2015 and raised about $3M in outside funding since its start, from investors including Länsförsäkringar and Martin Hauge.
