Billogram raises SEK 10M more, readies for opening shop in Germany.

Billogram, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing digital invoice solutions, closed a new investment financing round of SEK 10M ($1.2M).

The money comes from CoVest 2, which belongs to former Swedish hockey player Kim Johnsson, together with Jesper Almkvist and Erik Ejerhed, as well as from existing investors, Peter Sjunnesson and Thord Wikne.

Billogram, founded in 2011 by Jonas Suijkerbuijk and Cesar Sangchi, developed a software as a service platform for managing invoices digitally. The company has around 20,000 customers and almost 40 employees and at the end of 2016 it made a little more than SEK 20M in sales, with loses of SEK 5.5M.

Prior to this deal, Billogram raised more than $5M in outside funding.
