Happy Helper raises DKK 3.5M from Vækstfonden

Happy Helper, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based startup providing an online platform for cleaning services, raised DKK 3.5M ($530k) in fresh funding. The money comes from Vækstfonden (Danish Growth Fund) and will be used for further development and official launch of the company's platform.

Happy Helper, founded in 2016 by Dennis Forchhammer, Jesper Brok-Jørgensen, Adam Sheikh Hjorth and Mathias Ovdal, has developed an online platform that acts as a marketplace for finding quick and easy people willing to help with house chores. The company aims to reach a turnover of DKK 40M ($6M) by the end of 2017.
