Oneflow raises SEK 6M to expand its platform for electronic dealing with contracts.

Oneflow, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company managing a SAAS platform for electronic contract management, announced raising SEK 6M ($740k) of funding to support the increased growth of the company.

The money comes from the existing investors, including Bengt Nilsson, Johan Borendal and Lars Appelstål.

Oneflow, founded in 2013 by CEO Anders Hamnes, has built an online workspace that manages the contract process from creating and negotiating to signing and archiving. The company has 18 employees, and in 2016 had SEK 1.5M ($180k) in sales with a loss of SEK 4M.

Prior to this transaction, Oneflow raised about SEK 9.5M ($1.2M) in outside funding.
