Pagero closes a 100 MSEK financing round from Summa Equity to further fuel growth and internationalisation.

Pagero Group, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based provider of cloud based technology for communication of business documents within the purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash and logistic-to-pay (TMS) processes, announced raising a SEK 100M ($11.4M) investment round.

The money comes from the Norwegian venture capital firm Summa Equity, from their SEK 4,5bn fund raised in February 2017.

The company intends to use the capital infusion to further finance the ongoing expansion in Europe and North America.

Pagero, founded in 1999 and led by CEO Bengt Nilsson, has developed a platform that makes available e-order and e-invoice services helping businesses to streamline operations throughout the entire order-to-pay process. The company had sales of €15 million in 2016 and has 190 employees, with offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki, London, Dublin, Amsterdam, Rome, Madrid, Paris, Istanbul and Dubai.
