Pinmeto, a Malmö, Sweden-based SAAS startup working with retail clients, raised SEK 5M ($620k) in fresh equity investment.

The money comes from local angel investors, including Mårten Öbrink, Christian W Jansson, Anders Berglund and Henrik Schmidt, as well as from H&M, via its investment arm, H&M CO:LAB.

Pinmeto, founded in 2013 by Daniel Melkersson, Petter Palander, Michael Nilsson and Marcus Olsson, developed a SAAS platform that manages data on different platforms, such as search engines, social media, maps services, apps, business directories, recommendation platforms or GPS-systems. The company has 17 employees and works with clients like H&M or OKQ8.

Prior to this deal, Pinmeto added more than $4M in external funding.
