ReVibe Energy secures SEK 7.5M to accelerate the growth of its sensors technology

ReVibe Energy, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based company providing an innovative solution based on sensors and monitoring systems, announced closing a SEK 7.5M ($910k) investment round.

The backers include the local investors Lindeblad Technology, Saab Ventures, Almi Invest and Chalmers Ventures and the money will be used for improving sales and investing in strategic product development to ensure a continued growth.

ReVibe Energy, founded by CEO Viktor Börjesson, is based on a technology that was invented within SAAB Group, becoming its spinoff company in 2014.  The company provides sensors and monitoring systems with a power source that is both sustainable and reliable, as offers the possibility to convert vibrations that exist in most industrial environments to electricity to fully power their sensor and monitoring systems.

ReVibe raised SEK 3.7M in 2014.
