Signal Signal closes a new investment round, looks to expand in US its SAAS audio transcript product.

Signal Signal, a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup providing a SAAS for automatic audio transcripts, closed a SEK 4.3M ($530k) investment round.

The money comes from local investors, including Mattias Weinhandl, Patrik Persson, Simon Josefsson, Maths Ohlsson, Almi Invest, LIAF and Soläng Invest, and will be used to scale and roll out the business in several markets.

Signal Signal, founded in 2016 by Tor Rauden Källstigen and Håkan Waara, developed a media monitoring solution for brands in audio media – podcasts, radio, Youtube and TV. The company was part of STING accelerator in 2016 and got funded by Propel Capital.
