Swiftr, a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup working on providing a digital subscription for training, announced raising a seed investment round.

The money comes from local media company Bonnier, as well as from the early stage venture company Wellstreet.

Swiftr, founded in 2017 by Fanny Sjöström, Fredrik Paulún and Johanna Sjögren, has developed a digital platform via which users can subscribe for a digital training card in independent training facilities. The company works with 120 training studios from 9 cities across Sweden.

In connection with the investment, Swiftr also will get into a strategic media deal with Bonnier News Lifestyle, which runs Hälsoliv, one of Sweden's largest health media site.
