Innovating in a Global Giant with IKEA Bootcamp

IKEA is one of the most valuable and innovative companies in the world, with over 400 stores in 49 countries, 345 billion Swedish Kronor in revenue last year and 180 000 employees.

This year IKEA launched IKEA Bootcamp, a startup accelerator for startups solving the IKEA 'Big Problems'. The startups in the program each receive a 200 000 SEK equity-free grant, co-working space, housing and mentorship.

We will talk with the people behind the creation of IKEA Bootcamp to learn about the program, its impact on the company, and how IKEA has grown into a global leader in technology & innovation.


The Future of People & Tech with Min Doktor and Prisjakt

Automation is taking over the world; more and more jobs are being replaced by technology, so what's next? We will explore the Future of People & Tech with Maria Hall, Chief Technology Officer at Prisjakt and Cilla Tufvesson, Head of Technology at Min Doktor.

We will talk about building teams in an automated workplace, teams focused on innovation, diverse teams of tech/non-tech people, how to manage remote & non-remote teams, and more.


Fireside Chat with inRiver & Industrifonden

inRiver is Software as a Service (SaaS) startup helping global companies with product information management. In August, inRiver raised 100 million SEK, adding  to a total of 210 million SEK in investment.

We will hear from inRiver CEO, Niclas Mollin on his journey building a multi-million dollar startup from Malmö, including his struggles and inRiver's exciting future.

We will then invite inRiver Board member and investor, Hadar Cars to join and discuss how he found inRiver, the journey so far, and what the relationship between investor and CEO looks like behind the scenes.
