ABG Sundal Collier acquired Introduce.

Introduce, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing equity research services for the institutional buy side, announced that it was acquired by the Oslo, Norway-based investment bank ABG Sundal Colliers.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The deal was made through ABG Sundal Collier AB, part of the ABG Sundal Collier group.
