Asolvi adds Volpi Capital as major owner in the company.

Asolvi, a Trondheim, Norway and London, UK-based provider of service management software for small and medium-sized enterprises, announced that it was acquired by the London-based Volpi Capital.

The deal has the financial details undisclosed. The deal will see Volpi acquire a majority stake in Asolvi and support the management team to continue expansion across Europe. Current owner in the company, Viking Venture, will reinvest NOK 100M ($11M) and stays on as a minority investor in Asolvi.

Asolvi, established in 1991 and led by CEO Pål M. Rødseth, is headquartered in Trondheim, Norway, but has the majority of its 110 employees outside of Norway. The company develops and provides field service management software company for Small and Mediumsized Enterprises (SMEs) in Europe in a range of field service industries including printing and copying; alarm, fire and security; and vending machines. The company has more than 1500 customers in 30 countries and expects to revenues of NOK 140 million in 2019.
