BotXO closes a DKK 2.5M first investment round for a customer service chatbot.

BotXO, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based startup working on an automated software solution providing customer support, closed an DKK 2.5M ($390k) investment round.

The money comes from local angel investors Esben Gadsbøll and Thomas Black-Petersen and will be used to further develop the product and the business.

BotXO, founded in 2016 by CEO Henrik Fabrin and Dario Rodriguez López, developed BotXO chatbots for businesses, an automated Chat as a Service that helps clients to provide instant support and personalised shopping through conversational interfaces with the help of chatbots.
