Densou acquired the Danish media operations of Blackwood Seven

Blackwood Seven, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based company providing full-service media agency announced that it divested its Danish media operations by selling them to its competitor, Densou.

The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

With the divestment, Blackwood Seven A / S will no longer do media purchase and will focus on their core areas of AI software development. This will continue to be driven out of Copenhagen in the company Blackwood Seven A / S

Blackwood Seven, founded by Henrik Busch and by CEO Carl Erik Kjærsgaard, built an AI ​​platform, HamiltonAI, which provides sales optimization media plans.

Densou, founded at the end of 2013 and led by CEO Anders Elley, is a consulting and technology company within for the digital advertising market.
