Eficode raises a six million euro investment round from Bocap, looks to internationalize its solutions availability.
Eficode, a Helsinki, Finland-based software company, announced closing EUR 6M ($7.4M) in a capital investment round.
The money comes from one of the private equity funds managed by Finnish investmet company Bocap and will be used to speed up the company's international expansion of the DevOps product and service businesses.
Eficode, founded in 2005 and led by CEO Risto Virkkala, is a software company selling on-demand developement and design services. The company has more than 200 employees located in Helsinki, Tampere, Gothenburg, Stockholm and Copenhagen.
The estimated turnover for 2018 is approximately EUR 23M, a 100% increase yoy and, according to the company, over 50% of Eficode’s turnover comes from the product, service and consulting businesses connected to the company’s artificial intelligence based DevOps toolchain orchestration called Eficode ROOT.
