Exeri adds $1M in investment from Skellefteå Kraft.

Exeri, a Luleå, Sweden-based company developing systems for monitoring the electricity grid, announced that it added SEK 10M ($1M) in capital investment.

The money was provided by strategic investor Skellefteå Kraft, which is a municipality-owned power company. Skellefteå Kraft has been working with Exeri AB since 2016.

Exeri AB, led by CEO Magnus Karlsson, was founded in 2009 by three former Ericsson employees with extensive experience of sensor networks, network monitoring, command and control systems, security and communication systems. The company develops systems for monitoring the electricity grid and which makes it possible to speed up power cuts faster.

Exeri is also part of the Arctic Business Incubator.
