Hexagon AB to acquire US-based AutonomouStuff, consolidates position in autonomous vehicle solutions.
Hexagon AB, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing digital solutions that create Autonomous Connected Ecosystems (ACE), announced the acquisition of AutonomouStuff, an American leading supplier of integrated autonomous vehicle solutions.
The financial details of the deal remain undisclosed.
AutonomouStuff, founded in 2010, is an US-based provider of turn-key platforms for autonomous vehicle development, robotics and data intelligence innovation. Its turn-key platforms, which utilise a robust portfolio of technologies, are deployed in pilot programs worldwide – representing more than 2,500 customers in the automotive and technology sectors across Silicon Valley, America, Europe, and Asia.
In 2017 AutonomouStuff sales amounted to $45M.
