Infosys acquires Fluido for $76M.

Fluido Oy, an Espoo, Finland-based Salesforce integrator in the Nordics, announced getting into an agreement through which its owners sold their holdings to Infosys, an Indian technology company.

The deal was made for €65 million ($76M) and includes earn-out, management incentives and bonuses.

Fluido will continue to operate as an independent company. Prior to this deal, the company was majority owned by its management team and CapMan private equity (29%). Salesforce’s venture arm also owned a minority stake in the company.

Fluido, founded in 2010 by CEO Kai Mäkelä, is one the largest and longest tenured independent Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partners in Europe. The company provides consulting, development and integration services tailored to clients’ needs, supporting clients in digitalising their business and creating excellent cloud services experiences with Salesforce technology. The company has 250 employees, located in offices from Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Slovakia. It has customers across industries such as manufacturing, energy, retail and telecommunications.
