Ivyrevel adds SEK 21M and a strategic investor, Zalando.

Ivyrevel, a Stockholm, Sweden-based fashion bog and ecommerce operation, secured SEK 21M ($2.5M) in funding.

The money comes from Zalando, a German ecommerce company owned by Swedish Investment AB Kinnevik.

Ivyrevel, founded in 2012 by Dejan Subosic, Aleksandar Subosic, Kenza Zouiten and Gustav Springfeldt, started as a fashion blog wich further developed into an ecommerce business. Ivyrevel now sells clothes in 80 countries and Zalando has become Ivyrevel's first sales channel outside Ivyrevel.com.

The company, which since its founding raised more than $3M in capital investment, is backed by another strategic investor, H&M, which, after this transaction, owns 17% of the company. Zalando also owns 17%.
