Minnemera announced a $800k investment round from Almi, Sting and private investors from Sweden.
Minnemera, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company developing a health platform for cognitive testing in the study of dementia, depression and fatigue syndrome, announced the completion of a SEK 7.5M ($800k) capital investment round.
The funding was provided by a range of Swedish early stage investors, including Almi Invest, Sting and Leksell Social Ventures. The money will be used to further develop the product and launch the service broadly throughout Sweden.
Minnemera, operated by Mindmore AB and led by CEO Sara Wallén, is a service based on digital neurocognitive tests, and acts as a diagnostic tool aimed for being used at primary and inpatient care.
The Minnemera platform was launched in 2017 and measures the patient's cognitive abilities by testing, among other things, memory, language, executive functions and reaction speed. This is used as a basis for investigating, among other things, dementia and fatigue syndrome.
