Zenterio, a Linköping, Sweden-based company providing software solutions for TV client devices, was acquired by the British software company Oregan Network.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made as Zenterio has gone bankrupt in the summer of 2019. As such, Oregan acquired Zenterio AB's assets, and assimilated its engineering and delivery teams located in Linköping, Sweden and Guadalajara, Mexico.

The purchase took place on the 24th September 2019, boosting Oregan’s ability to scale its multiscreen platform innovation and project delivery capabilities, as well as enabling the company to offer seamless support continuity to Zenterio’s existing customer deployments.

Zenterio was founded in 2002 and was listed on the Swedish stock exchange.
