Panion secured $260k in pre-seed investment from Danish and Swedish angels.

Panion, a Malmö, Sweden-based startup building a social network, completed a SEK 2.5M ($260k) capital investment round.

The funding was provided by a range of international investors, including David Helgason, Sune Alstrup and Klaus Nyengaard. The money will be used to to increase the company's user growth.

Panion, founded in 2017 by CEO Melanie Aronson, built a mobile app that acts as a keyword-searchable social platform,  helping meet like-minded people sharing the same passions.

The app has about 100k users.
