QuickOrder raised DKK 7M in a bridge round to get international investors.

QuickOrder, an Odense, Denmark-based developer of a software as a service solution for the hospitality business, completed a DKK 7M ($1M) capital investment.

The money was provided by existing investors including Vækstfonden, which participated with a convertible note. Following the deal the company is valued at DKK 50M ($7.4M) as it expects to raise a series A investment round in 2020.

QuickOrder, founded in 2014 by CEO Mads Wedderkopp, Lucas Sørensen, Thomas Egelund, Kasper Aagaard Thomsen and Andreas Aagaard Thomsen, developed a software solution that helps companies from the hospitality business with the cash register system - i.e. manage payroll, watch schedule, table booking, checkout and terminals.
