Siena Capital launched a new secondary strategy fund with a focus on the New Nordics
Siena Capital, a Talinn, Estonia based VC firm, announced the launching of a new fund, Siena Secondary Fund.
The objective of the fund is to execute secondary transactions in high growth startups from the New Nordics (Baltics and Finland)
The fund is intened to have a maximum size of 50M EUR and is backed by local investors, including founders of Bolt, Wise, Pipedrive, Vinted etc.
Siena Secondary fund, led by Lauri Isotamm, aims to provide liquidity for early investors, employees and founders of startups who have passed the “valley of death” and are in the fast growth mode. For fund investors, this enables them to be part of the success stories and have a kind of a “index of the best startups” from the region.
