Sneakersnstuff, a Stockholm, Sweden-based retail operation, announced getting into an equity agreement with Norwegian private equity company FSN Capital, which becomes major investor in the company.

FSN buys out the existing venture investor and the financial details of the deal remain undisclosed - the media speculated the deal to value the company at $57M, figure denied officially.

Sneakersnstuff, founded in 1999 by Erik Fagerlind (CEO) Peter Jansson and Jan Carl Adelswärd, developed a shoe retail business operating both offline and online. In 2017 the company was profitable, with sales of about SEK 357M ($41M), most of which coming from online channels.
