Spotin in a SEk 15 million round backed by North Islet and angel investors from Sweden
Spotin, a Luleå, Sweden-based company working on a software solution for ecommerce companies, completed a capital raise totalling SEK 15 million ($1.8M).
The money was raised from local investors from Sweden, including North Islet and angels Olof Faxander (who works for Nordic Capital) and Erik Zetterberg, who led the H&M-backed shopping club Singular Society.
Spotin, founded in 2015 and led by CEO Kristoffer Karlsson, developed a softtware platform that connects merchants and content creators, enabling them to transact directly in editorial content, such as a fashion report or live shopping.
Spotin previously raised less than $1 million.
