SwipeGuide raises €5 million in a round led by Speedinvest and joined by CapitalT, Plug & Play Ventures, Newion and Brumbucks.

SwipeGuide, an Amsterdam, Netherlands-based software developer of solutions dedicated to manufacturing companies, announced raising a €5 million ($5.9M) capital investment round.

The money was raised from investors led by Speedinvest and joined by CapitalT, Plug & Play Ventures, Newion and Brumbucks.

In conjunction with the investment, Marie-Hélène Ametsreiter, lead partner of the Speedinvest Industrial Tech team, and Janneke Niessen, founder of CapitalT, will join the board of directors.

SwipeGuide, founded in 2016 by Daan Assen and CEO Willemijn Schneyder, developed a Saas platform for work instruction within manufacturing organisations, helping teams to maximize their operational efficiency and minimize production errors with instructions and standards.

The solution is used in more than 200 plants in 89 countries worldwide, with more than 30,000 unique monthly users from paying customers such as PepsiCo, Heineken, ABB, and Orkla
