Tech Farm gets SEK 15M from Dan Eriksson and Thomas Björkman.

Tech Farm, a Stockholm, Sweden-based real estate company managing working and co-living spaces raised SEK 15M ($1.7M). The money comes from local angel investors Tomas Björkman and Dan Eriksson and will be used for further exapnding the business by opening new spaces.

Tech Farm, founded in 2015 by Lisa Renander and entrepreneur Fredrik Forss, is a purpose-driven real estate venture that launches and manages conscious coliving and coworking properties for global citizens. The company intends to launch over 100 properties in startup cities across the world within the next 10 years.

Tech Farm has already under management Hus 24, which is a co-living space situated downtown Stockholm, and a few others in development.
