Visiba Group secures investment to support future growth

Visiba Group, a Gothenburg, Sweden based e-health company announced it closed it´s second seed investment round. By doing so, Visiba Group received funding of a total 6,2 million sek (€663 000) in their first year of business.

The last investment round was led by investment firm Advecto together with Karin Andersson, Visiba Group board member, based in France. All existing investors followed up their investment from the first seed round.

Johan Gustafsson, CEO of Visiba Group:

“Our platform for virtual care, Visiba Care, was launched as late as March this year. The market has shown great interest and we could rather quickly acquire our first reference customers but also managed to build a solid pipeline with potential business. We received a great interest from both Finland and UK, which has strengthen us in pursuing our plan for global expansion. This capital injection is a receipt, telling us we are on the right path and it´s an important step to support our future growth”

Visiba Group now plans to expand in new markets and has already started a finnish subsidiary. We are now looking for more people to strengthen our team in both Sweden and Finland.

Visiba Group was founded in 2014 and enables healthcare providers complimentary ways for their patients to meet through encrypted video calls. Visiba Care also handles the care flows connected to the video visit through web based waiting rooms. The service is as secure as it is user friendly and is currently used by customers in Sweden, Finland and the United Kingdom.
