VækstPartner Kapital announced a second investment fund targeted at $52M.

VækstPartner Kapital, a Ry and Copenhagen, Denmark-based growth equity fund focused on smaller Danish growth companies, announced launching a second investment fund targeted to close at DKK 350M ($52M). The intended final closing is in April 2020.

The fund already secured DKK 100M from a number of business people and business owners, including Casper Kirk Johansen and the former CFO of Novo Nordisk, Jesper Brandgaard.

VækstPartner Kapital also operates VPK Fond I, which was not consumated, and which has 6 companies in its portfolio: Reproflex Scandinavia, Lead:famly, CIM, Mobaro, TriVision and Lifeshelter.

VækstPartner Kapital is led by Klaus Bülow Davidsen and focuses on Danish companies operating with a B2B model in a  revenue range of DKK 10 to 50 million.
