World Mastery completed a €3M capital investment round in series A led by Nauta Capital.

World Mastery, a Bacelona, Spain-based company operating a content-as-a-service platform for access to structured online courses, announced that it raised €3M ($3.3M) in Series A investment

The funding round was led by London-based VC Nauta Capital. Jordi Vinas, Nauta Capital’s General Partner will join the company’s board.

World Mastery, founded in 2016 by Aniol Brosa and Oriol Segundo , aims to serve the non-academic learning needs of businesses and professionals by providing access to highly-curated specialist courses delivered by maestros – renowned experts – in subjects including tennis, basketball, dance, yoga, fitness, cooking and hairstyle. The company has 50 employees and targets businesses such as academies and corporates as well as freelance professional instructors and tutors.

World Mastery’s online courses are used by more than 10.000 customers across 105 countries with the U.S. being the company’s primary market, followed by Spain, Italy, Mexico and France.
