Martin Falch, CEO, 360Leaders
Martin has been involved in building management teams for some of the fastest growing companies in the tech. A Norwegian national, he has also been instrumental in helping companies successfully go international. Martin started his career in executive search working with companies such as IBM and Accenture. Prior to joining 360 Leaders in 2005, Martin was Country Manager UK for Vyke Communication Plc - an AIM listed VoIP solutions provider to enterprise and consumer markets. Prior to Vyke, Martin was Country Manager UK for Pronto TV - a Digital Signage and VOD/IPTV company. With both companies he was involved in establishing UK presence and selling to new clients and partners across Media, Travel, Hospitality and Retail. Martin serves as a President of the Norwegian-British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) and has a master in international Marketing Management from the Norwegian School of Management.

Jørn is passionate about cosmopolitan Norway and welcoming global talents. Ben Brabyn, CEO, Level39
Ben Brabyn is the Head of Level39. Ben will be amplifying Canary Wharf’s status as a global technology hub at the heart of the UK’s FinTech and smart cities innovation. He brings experience of online payments, cyber and social ecommerce. At UKTI, Brabyn led the Government team connecting UK startups with global sources of investment.  He brings a deep understanding of national policy combined with practical experience of entrepreneurship gained through founding two successful digital businesses and mentoring via Microsoft Ventures.  Prior to this, he worked as an investment banker at JP Morgan and formerly as an officer in the Royal Marines Commandos.
David Birch, Global FinTech Guru, Director of Innovation, Consult Hyperion
Mr. Birch is a globally-recognized thought leader in digital identity and digital money is author, consultant, public speaker, company director and a dad. I know a lot about the future of transactions and I’ve spent many years working in and around the fields of digital identity and digital money. Dr. Chris Sier, Co-Lead  FiNexus, FinTech Envoy UK
Dr. Sier is the former co-Director of the Financial Services Knowledge Transfer network (FSKTN) and is co-lead on FiNexus, a programme to build a series of research and innovation centres in the UK for financial services. He is an authority on pension fund costs and complexity, innovation in financial services and on the operational management of derivatives for the buy-side and has advised a wide range of market participants including investment managers, service providers, brokers and IT vendors on strategic and operational issues. Chris was previously a director of London-based Alpha Financial Markets Consulting, a buy-side strategy and benchmarking consultancy. He also spent several years as a consultant at CSTIM (Morse) and AT Kearney. Before coming to the City and after completing his PhD, Chris was a police officer in Edinburgh.

Født 16.10.1965 og oppvokst i Oslo. Gikk i tømrerlære før opptak ved Arkitekthøgskolen i Oslo i 1987. Studert under Odd Østbye, Sverre Fehn & Chr. Nordberg-Schulz, samt ved universiteter i Sør- og Nordamerika. Tok diplom ved Arkitekthøgskolen i Oslo 1993. Har jobbet hos Bernard Tchumi i New York, og hos Niels Torp i Oslo, før etablering av mmw sivilarkitekter høsten 1997. Gjesteprofessor ved Arkitekt- og Designhøgskolen i Oslo. Martin Bresson, Sr. Advisor, European Affairs
Martin is a fromer Senior Advisor at FleishmanHillard’s Practice in Brussels. He specializes in delivering senior counsel to the clients in all sectors on policy and regulatory issues impacting their organisations, including financial services, competition policy, consumer protection, corporate governance, company law, energy, ICT and trade. Martin joined FleishmanHillard in 2012 from a decade with the Danish public administration including serving on a number of cross ministerial coordination units and 4 years as Director for the International Secretariat of the Danish Ministry for Business and Growth where he was responsible for Danish-EU relations as well as world trade/free trade negotiations and maritime affairs. Latterly Martin acted as Minister Counselor for the Danish Permanent Representation to the EU where he was responsible for overseeing Denmark’s chairing of the Presidency on financial services and market and industry policy issues. Before joining the civil service Martin worked as a political consultant in Danish trade organizations representing both Industry and primary producers.  Martin holds a Masters of Laws from the University of Copenhagen and a Master of Executive Business Strategy, as well as postgraduate diplomas in negotiation and dispute resolution and global business development. Martin was for six years external assistant professor at the University of Copenhagen at the faculty of European Law.

Tellef Thorleifsson, Co-Founder & GM, Northzone
Tellef co-founded Northzone in 1996.  His primary areas of focus are fintech, infrastructure and SaaS.  His portfolio includes Kahoot, Fusetools, mCASH, and Distribusion. Tellef has over the years also invested in LastMinute.com, Mamut Software and Trolltech.Tellef co-ordinates the activities in Northzone’s offices, as well as being active with Northzone’s new investments and portfolio companies. He was instrumental in the foundation of the Norwegian Venture Capital Association and acted as its first Chairman. He has also served as Director of both EVCA and the Swedish Venture Capital Associations. Prior to Northzone, Tellef took part in the founding of Western Bulk Shipping, a truly global company, which he then took public as a CFO. Before this, he held the position as company secretary of another shipping and investment company – I.M. Skaugen. He has also worked as a political advisor, a background that might come in very handy in the task of coordinating his strong-willed and inventive colleagues within Northzone.

Steinar Svalesen, Director, Beringer Finance
Over 25 years of track-record from mobile and digital businesses. Steinar has international management experience from leading telecom operators and infrastructure providers such as Nortel, Ericsson and Telenor as well as extensive management consulting experience from consulting companies PA Consulting, Teleplan and Core Group. His focus more recently has been on business development and investments in disruptive early-stage and transformational growth companies. Steinar serves on the board of various early-stage Scandinavian technology companies.
