Caseking acquires Swedish-Norwegian Trigono.

Caseking, a Berlin, Germany-based online-retailer and distributor of gaming and PC accessories announced the purchasing of Trigono, a B2B software and hardware distributor based in Landskrona, Sweden with a subsidiary in Norway,

The transaction, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made with Trigono's owner, the financial holding company Bratt International, and will strengthen the Caseking Group’s position in the Scandinavian market, while the Caseking product range will open up growth opportunities for Trigono.

Trigono, founded in 2005 and led by CEO Patric Jönsson, is an independent B2B provider of hardware products, software licences and maintenance services. In 2012, Trigono began developing electronics retailers as a client segment, and now supplies leading electronics outlets in the Scandinavian region.

Trigono currently generates annual revenues of approximately 12 million euros.
