Cloudcom to be acquired by OMMH for undisclosed price.

Cloudcom, a Lund, Sweden SMS startup was acquired for an undisclosed amount by OMMH Scandinavia. The purchase is part of the development of Bestsms services provided by OMMH to its customers.

Cloudcom, founded in 2015 by Carl Bergman and Marcus Zethraeus, provides a SMS service that can be used directly from Google Sheets.
