Freya News, a Stockholm, Sweden-based marketing service provider, announced being purchased by Azalead, an international technology company providing account-based marketing. Freya News strengthens Azalead’s comprehensive solution and expands its reach internationally.

Azalead offers a SAAS platform for account-based website personalization, advertising, analytics and sales enablement. The Azalead solution helps companies educate buying committees early in the buying cycle by providing a complete solution to capture anonymous buyer activity and execute personalized account-based marketing, advertising and sales strategies. Both Azalead and Freya News have established a particularly strong presence in the manufacturing sector.

“Both of our companies share a common mission to transform B2B marketing. After successfully partnering over the last year, we are delighted to integrate Freya into Azalead,” said Nick Heys, Founder and CEO of Azalead.

“With the growth of anonymous B2B buying committees, companies must re-define their marketing and sales strategies. We’re excited to join Azalead and look forward to helping our clients build more successful ABM programs,” said Johan Sundstrand, Freya News CEO and co-founder.
