Huld Magnúsdóttir announced as the new CEO of Icelandic VC company NSA Ventures.
NSA Ventures, a Reykjavik, Iceland-based VC company, announced Huld Magnúsdóttir as the new CEO of the company. The selection was made from 57 candidates who had applied for the job.
She takes over from Helga Valfells, who stepped down as managing director in January 2017, and founded Crowberry Capital.
Huld Magnúsdóttir comes from the position of the Director General of the National Institute for the Blind, Visually Impaired and Deafblind from Iceland, and has a diverse background from both the private and the public sector, both in Iceland and abroad.
