Lundalogik acquires the software company RemoteX Technologies
Lundalogik announced that it is acquiring RemoteX Technologies, a former Gasell business and winner of Guldmobilen.
RemoteX was founded in 2001 by Conny Leo Berghald who was the company’s primary owner. The other owners, amongst others, are Stefan Oldgren and Klas Hillström, and are also selling their shares.

Lundalogik is a market leader supplier of CRM of CRM services, and in 2016 had a turnover of 161 million Swedish crowns with 180 employees.
This is the company’s largest acquisition in Sweden. The businesses will open their joint office at Kungsbroplan in Stockholm in May. Lundalogik reinforces thereby their expertise and knowledge in mobile solutions. The cloud-based system for mobile service management, RemoteX, becomes a new addition to their product range.

Together we will be a very strong mobile CRM solution whilst getting considerably stronger in the construction, energy and real estate industries,’ says Erik Syrén, Managing Director at Lundalogik.
RemoteX has around 200 business clients and 5,000 users. The company was founded in 2001 when Conny Leo Berghald developed a mobile service management system for the real estate industry. The company was awarded the Guldmobilen and was elected Gasell business by Dagens Industri in 2006. They were also nominated for .net awards and were placed on Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA’s list the year after. Since 2013, RemoteX has showed a positive cash flow every year.
Lundalogik has been owned since 2014 by the investment company Monterro. They consider Lundalogik as their best investment to date.
