Notified buys up Lissly, makes second acquisition in six months.
Notified, a Stockholm, Sweden-based enterprise social and media intelligence provider announced the acquisition of Lissly, a smaller digital media monitoring competitor which provides data-driven analysis. The financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed, with Swedish media speculating a SEK 5M figure ($570k).
Notified, founded in Malmö in 2010 by Kristopher Stenkula, provides a SAAS platform that collects and analyses data from digital media for other companies. The company has grown rapidly since inception in 2010 and is today one of the leading providers of cloud-based software for communications work.
Notified had a turnover of SEK 21.5 million (about $2M) and made a profit after tax of 3.3 million at the end of fiscal year ended in April 2016. In the fall of 2016, the company acquired Twintip, aiming at accelerated the growth, having also plans plans to international expand the services of the company.
