Pamica AB acquires a majority stake in security company Safe Solutions and its subsidiaries
Pamica AB acquires through Safe Solutions Holding AB, the majority of the shares of Safe Solutions AB. Other shareholders include company founder Magnus Frönserius and parts of the line. The acquisition is the third of a number of planned investment in the Swedish unlisted companies.

In connection with the acquisition, Mr. Anders Hallberg new President. Anders has extensive experience in senior positions in the IT industry.
Safe Solutions has been active on the Swedish market since 2010 and is today the largest player in active monitoring. The whole process is done in-house in order to always deliver a high quality. The company's focus is to monitor large outer areas to eliminate the unauthorized entry of a facility. Today manages Safe Solutions monitoring the bla.
