Swedish IT consulting company buys software robot company from Norway

Xlent is a Nordic consulting company with headquarters in Stockholm.

Xlent in Norway has seven employees and had a turnover in 2015 of NOK 18.1 million with a profit before tax of 2.6 million.

Id.mngmnt is a Norwegian consulting company with 25 employees that works with implementation and training of virtual robots, as of now mainly in banks and other financial institutions.

They are one of the contributors to the software behind Amelia, recently implemented by Swedish bank SEB.

The deal, which was made for an undisclosed amount, means that the company changes its name in Different.

Prior to the transaction, the Swedish investor company Neqst owns 40 percent of Xlent, the rest is owned by management and employees.
