Tellybean raised EUR 511k on a crowdfunding campaign on Invesdor.

Tellybean, a Helsinki, Finland video startup, announced the closing of a crowdfunding campaign on Invesdor that brought a total amount of EUR 511k ($548k) in funding. The campaign started at the end of February 2017 and had as a target the raising EUR 375k at a valuation of EUR 2.8M.

Tellybean, founded by Cami Hongell (CEO), Jakob Skand and Damien Higgins, developed a video call service for Smart TVs and set-top boxes. Prior to this campaign, the company closed an angel seed round of €650,000 ($725k) in the summer of 2016.
