Zwapgrid raises SEK 4M from undisclosed investors.

Zwapgrid, a Stockholm, Sweden cloud startup announced it raised SEK 4M ($450k) in an equity round. The backers include the existing founders as wel as outside investors which decided to remain anonymous.

Zwapgrid, founded in late 2016 by Leo Berghald, Dennis Åhlin and Manne Sandler, provides a cloud-based integration platform combined with collaboration features like sharing contracts, instant messaging, data, etc. Instead of letting consultants build 1-1 locally-installed integrations, Zwapgrid offers a network for data streaming between companies and systems.

The funds will be used to fuel the expansion and development of the already operational platform to stream data between companies. According to the company, this is first external investment raised, in addition to the money put in by the founders.
