🇫🇮 Happeo, providing a B2B software solution for internal communication, raised $26 million in a round led by Endeit Capital, Smartfin and Evli Growth Partners.
🇩🇰 Onomondo, a global cellular operator for the Internet of Things integrated with 700 operators at the Radio Access Network (RAN) level across more than 180 countries, raised $21 million in an equity round led by Verdane, joined by Denmark's People Ventures, Maersk Growth and Vaekstfonden.
🇮🇸 Lucinity, developer of a Anti-Money-Laundering software solution, raised $17 million series B round led by Keen Venture Partners, and joined by Venturing, Experian, Karma Ventures, ByFounders, and Crowberry Capital.
🇫🇮 Solnet, providing renewable energy services in the European market, raised $15.2 million in a growth round backed by Tesi and EAB Private Equity.
🇸🇪 Instabox, provider of logistics service for e-commerce retailers, added Swedbank Robur in their captable in a $9.5 million equity round.
🇸🇪 Airmee, also a last-mile delivery provider in Sweden, raised a $7.5 millionbridge round from existing investors.
🇫🇮 Rester, startup building a recycling operation for the textile industry, raised $6.3 million seed from local investors from Finland.
🇸🇪 Vässla, local electric scooter manufacturer, raised $3.6 million in a bridge round backed by existing angel investors.
🇫🇮 Voltan, providing energy systems and solutions to real estate developers, raised $2.6 million from local investors in Finland.
🇳🇴 Soundsensing, developing a sensor-based sound monitoring system for constructions, raised $1.5 million from local investors.
🇫🇮 Starcart, software startup building an online consumer platform providing ecommerce deals comparison, raised $1.5 million in a round led by Inventure.
🇸🇪 Freshsound, building a business based on a licensing platform for original music, raised $1.3 million from local angel investors.
🇸🇪 Rek.ai, software startup developing a plugin for automated customizing websites to user profiles, raised $700k from Icebreaker.
🇳🇴 Hjemmelegene, operating a platform for booking doctor consultations, added strategic investment from NorgesGruppen, a local grocery wholesaling group.
🇸🇪 Again, startup building a data collecting mechanism about consumer spending via their bank accounts, was seeded by multiple local angel investors.

• Hack your closet, Swedish startup building a sub-based personal service for second-hand clothing and said to be doing less than $1M in yearly turnover, went bankrupt. It notably raised $2.4 million in January 2021 from investors including Pale Blue Dot, J12 Ventures and Luminar Ventures.
• Vewd, Norwegian smart TV spinoff from Opera (formerly called Opera TV, was acquired by Tivo parent Xperi for $109 million.
• Ark Capital, the Swedish startup selling revenue-based financial products to SAAS startups, announced getting a loan facility of $150 million from an undisclosed Swedish bank. That's on top of the $185 million, mostly debt, already secured earlier in March.
