Alpha Chitin is a manufacturing company in France producing materials from bioproduction and chemically refined (biobased chemistry): chitin, a polysaccharide and a biosourced polymer from biomass, as well as chitosan, which has anti-microbial, anti-fungal and antioxidant activity.
