BIC Factory (private company)

BIC Factory since its inception in 1998 has created jobs for over 170 young entrepreneurs. A total of 97 companies have grown up in our creative atmosphere and there is a high survival rate and positive growth among our expatriate companies.

Project BIC Factory is an economically profitable business and is a good example of how a region successfully can work to support young entrepreneurs.

BIC Factory financed by Umeå Municipality, Västerbotten Region, the EU Objective 2 and Umeå Municipality Company Ltd, which has the mission to create growth in Umeå municipality by promoting and developing the business.
