Dinex Group (private company)

Dinex was founded in 1982 by Grethe and Jørgen Dinesen. In 2000, Torben Dinesen　became CEO and later in 2011, majority shareholder of the entire Dinex Group.

Today, the Dinex Group, headquartered in Denmark, operates through 20 companies and employs over 1,200 dedicated people worldwide. The Dinex Group is present in 16 different countries with production and sales facilities in Denmark, U.K., Finland, Germany, Latvia, U.S.A., Turkey, Russia, China and Brazil (in planning). Additionally, the Dinex Group has sales companies located in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, U.K., Poland, and Serbia.
