Eurazeo is an investment company formed by the April 2001 merger of Azeo and Eurafrance.

  • in 2020, Eurazeo concluded the acquisition of Idinvest
  • in 2021, Eurazeo announced a €1.6 billion growth fund.
  • in 2021, Eurazeo announced €1 billion for secondary investments, via Idinvest Secondary Fund IV (ISF IV) at €700 million, a counterpart for individuals (ISO II), closed at €170 million and a third fund, providing an additional €160 million.

Additionally, the firm secured €300 million in the first close of its Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries Fund, aiming for a total of €750 million, to invest in companies addressing environmental challenges.
  • in 2025, Eurazeo raised €650 million at the first close of its latest growth fund dedicated to European AI scaleups from Europe
