Exor is a holding company, incorporated in the Netherlands and controlled by the Agnelli Family, the controlling shareholder of Ferrari and FCA.

• in 2018, Exor announced Exor Seeds, a $75 million investment fund dedicated to venture funding of early and late stage startups in Europe. Exor Seeds was later renamed Exor Ventures.
• in 2022, Exor announced Vento, part of its existing Exor Ventures program, a venture capital firm in Italy dedicated to seed investments.
• in 2023, Exor launched Lingotto, an alternative investment manager, wholly owned by Exor, with initial capital of €2 billion, provided by Exor and Covéa.
