Qualité Search Marketing (private company)
Magne Uppman started search marketing agency Qualité Search Marketing in 2009.
Ricky Sookermany (36) and Teodor Bjerrang (39) were co-owners with a total of 20 percent of shares.
Media agency Dentsu Aegis bought Qualité in 2011 in an earn-out agreement which ends in May 2016.
Qualité Search Marketing merged with Dentsu company iProspect, which Uppman led to this fall.
Overall Uppman and its partners have received 24 million from the sale of Qualité.
