SmartKitchen is a dark kitchen operator from Paris founded in 2020 by Adrien de Schompré and Gwénael Robert.

Their concept involves designing kitchens with specific delivery processes, installs partner brands there and operates them with its own teams and its operational optimization technology that can be duplicated from one site to another, like a franchisee, according to the specifications of each restaurant owner.
